I don`t know how to wear it for Prom

If there is anyway that anyone could tell me how to do my hair for prom, I will send you a pic in an email if you email me, or someone could tell me where I can find sites that have pictures of updo`s or semi updo`s for Prom. My Prom is in 12 days and I still have no clue how I want to wear it. I have everything the dress the shoes the makeup just not the HAIR!!! And it is like down to the last wire, so please please help me!!!
I will tell you what my hair looks like so if someone maybe has the same kind of hair as me they can help, my hair is right above my shoulders (and I don`t want all of my hair up) really thich and stick straight (won`t hold curl that well either).
