There is probably another name for it but I have this plastic thing that is really just a loop on a stick called a topsy tail. You make a simple but sort of loose pony tail at the back of your head and then pull the base of the pony tail up and flip it around. The loop on a stick thing is helpful but not at all necessary. It looks like a pony tail but the hair on the sides is twisted over. Does that make any sense? I`m sure you`ve seen it before but maybe call it something different.

i have similar hair like yours...my suggestion is (since it`s a bit wavy): maybe after a shower, towel dry your hair, then buy mega curl hair products and run them through your hair (put your head upside down and scrunch it up toward your scalp) to make the natural wave in your hair even more full.. maybe even curly...
also, what looks really cool is if you straighten it (with like frizz ease or some other kind of straightener.. even if it`s not `straight` it`ll be smoother than really wavy) then, make a part in your hair (zigzag, or side part)... take medium sized pieces of hair from the base of the part and braid them! have between two and four.. (depending on how it looks and what you like)
what also looks nice and casual and really cute is to put your hair in two regular braids, but instead of going all the way down to the ends, stop braiding about chin-length and secure with an elastic or whatever.. then the rest of your hair is left unbraided.. it looks cool!
i have other ideas, but i dont` want to write them all in here, so if you want any others, email me at joy_0234@hotmail.com !!
good luck!

You probably do some of these already but in case you don`t I would suggest french braid, french twist, a topsy tail ponytail, up in a bun with hair sticks, a low part with the top pulled back in a barrette, braid or ponytail. Simple things like how tightly you pull your hair back or where you part it can have a big effect on how casual or classy it looks.

Have fun

I need new casual but classy looks for my long light blonde hair. It`s sorta between thick and thin and goes halfway to my elbows. It`s sorta wavy and wispy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
