I want to do something new with my hair...it's naturally wavy...not too thick. I wash it at night and put it up in a bun and in the morning the top part is dry and straight and the bottom is still wet...so I put mousse in it and it gets curly/wavy. I was thinking about cutting it to my shoulders and having layers in it...Is that a good idea or will my hair fro out or something? Any other ideas too? Here's a pic of me...my hair is now a little longer though.
When you put your hair up in a bun whilst wet the hair is pulled very tightly to be straight and drys so it stays that way when you take it out. With shorter hair, think, you wont be able to put it up in a bun anymore if it is too short, so it will still be wavy and will poof out unless you have layers put in to help it dry the right way. :|

With those pretty eyes and beautiful smile - you should go short. Your face could definately pull it off. But, you asked about shoulder length hair. From the pictures....I doubt your hair would "fro" out but would probably have a little more curl to it. I think some layers around the face would look good.
I dunno.. I think you`d look even prettier if you grew your hair longer! Just make sure the stylist doesn`t put really short layers in your hair. I think those are kinda ugly!

Yes it`s a good idea :)) u have great features. U could layer it of course and I think keep the lenght in back or go shoulder and cut it shorter in front (about chin ?) angled and layered from front to back. :)
