if you want it too look messy let the top grow out longer then the back and sides,, then use hair wax or pomade, run it through your hair, pit dont make your hair stick straight up, run your hands back so it sticks up then run forward to make it stick kinda forward,, i hope this works for ya!

it looks a mess. seriously! what a question! you get some gel or wax or whatever and rub it through your messing it up. not too messy mind! thats the great thing about the look. you just do it!!!!!!! :|
