If you feel that you must wash your hair every day, use a mild shampoo. Only use the clarifying shampoo ONE time a week, so you can keep the natural oils in your hair. If you must condition every day, find a daily conditioner. Biolage hydrating shampoo and conditioner are good for every day use..and as a clarifier, Back to basics White Grapefruit is good. you may also find that a leave in conditioner, like Biolage Daily Leave IN tonic may be enough for daily use.
Washing your hair everyday can strip your hair of its natural oils, but some people like to do it, especially if they do sport, or go swimming, because you need to get rid of sweat and chlorine. If you do wash everyday, then make sure you use a gentle shampoo, or use a diluted version of your normal one by adding water to it. Conditioning everyday should be okay as long as a) you dont have greasy hair, ( use detangling spray instead) b) you dont use too much, (it can make hair lank and dull) c) you wash it off really well. d) you only use it on the lengths and ends (the roots just get too greasy). A trick to the rinsing is to wait until it is sqeaky clean, and you cant find any bubbles in your hair, and then to do a quick blast with cold water to encourage shine. (brave it with your head over the bath, using a shower attachment!) :) hope that was helpful!

Hi, conditioning your hair everyday is not what "damages" your hair....It is washing it....washing it every day gets rid of the natural oils in your hair that are essential for your hair to be soft. Conditioning is perfectly fine, just wet it, and then put in the conditioner, but make sure you don`t keep it inany longer t han 2 minutes because the conditioner sometimes sticks to your hair then, in turn makes your hair appear greasy. Hope i helped~

Is it bad to condition your hair every night? I`ve heard reccomendations of only doing it once a week, but my hair just doesn`t feel as smooth, silky and shiny. Besides, I use a clarifying shampoo beforehand, so doesn`t this even it out?

Hair: It can make you happy, it can make you sad, but mostly it just allows you to spend some quality time with your mirror. :-)
