Two tips for kewl guy hair like urs is now. One shaving cream. YES shaving cream, holds like a dream!!!! and has no drying crap to leave ur hair lifeless and dull, I am a girl and Ive used it before it works. Second if ur iffy about the cream try Pomade, which is kinda waxy based, but it keeps a SOFT wet look and a little goes a very long way ;)
Ok look from now on, pay the few dollars for a real haircut, now not ALL girls like it short and spiked, and you say its the year 2002? No see, Short and Spiked was sooooo 2000 but like we said year has nothing to do with it. RIGHT NOW it`s all about cornrows if you have the hair for it, and fades, fades look totally sexy on a guy. As for going totally bald and the girl who said no, have u HEARD of Vin Disel? Welcome to the Millenium! :) Luv Ya

hey person who replied last who is a total ditz, you are kinda rude i think you got some issues.ya need to do something other than read magazines your intire life.i mean anyone who says that all guys gotta have spiky hair in 2002 ia some kinda freak. so do you call yourself "princess" too?
i always cut my hair at home because the hairdressers charge way too much and i am only 14 with no job and no extra cash.so about a year ago i had a great idea to layer my hair.it actually turned out nicely and ever since i cut another layer in it when i am bored.but since i have long hair i do have my sister trim it for me.

ooh, make it stick up with gel. we do like it sticking up off the head, but not just plain a dry. you have to use lots of gel and make it look good. or even mousse would work i guess. idk what ur hair type is so idk if you wanna use mousse. i tried it before, and lemme tell ya, that crap is baaaaaaad. so i guess my whole point is: use gel to make it stuck up :)

Aha, no, you got the wrong end of the stick - I never had any intention of going that short.
I didn`t dare going too far - in fact I almost chickened out several times. I`ve ended up with about 2-3cm on the top and 1-2cm on the sides - pretty much a version of the "in" haircut for guys that everyone is talking about these days. And I did a damn good job of it too if I may say so! Of course I should really get myself down to the barber`s today to even up any patches I may have missed with my puny clippers.
I can`t believe I now have about 10% remaining of the hair I had yesterday. It`s never been this short before! Still, it`s relatively long compared to some of the guys I see out there. Now it needs some kind of styling product in it to stop it sticking up in the air on top of my head. Or is that what the girls like?
So, kids, the moral of the story is: DO cut your own hair at home in the bathroom with one mirror and the kitchen scissors and a handy pair of clippers with makeshift attachments! It`s great!

okay, first of all, the year has nothing to do with it, i like everything...short, long, spiked, buzzed, whatever. just not bald. it`ll be fine...don`t worry about that stupid non-member person. they aren`t worth worryin about....good luck *Kerry*

Well, tonight`s intended self-trim turned into a bit of a hack-and-slash session, and now I have rather less hair than I did earlier.
Boys and girls, NEVER attempt to cut your own hair at home.
Okay, so my hair was definitely way too long beforehand (think Tom Cruise in M:I-2) and taking matters into my own hands was both an interesting experiment and a cure for procrastination. But now, my hair`s a total mess, and I`ve decided to buzz it all off with the clippers tomorrow morning. God knows what I`ll look like after that, since I always thought I looked better in longer hair, but I guess everyone should try it once in their lives.
Furthermore, legend has it a lot of girls prefer it that way - am I right?
Oh what a fool I was to think that I could give myself a haircut...
