question about haircoloring

I was wondering if anyone has tried that garnier lumia stuff (for blonde hair) that is supposed to lighten your hair by working with your natural tones and highlights. I was thinking of trying this because it would definetly be cheaper, but i didn`t want to go into anything without checking it out first. So, if anybody has any comments to make on this stuff, good or bad, please let me know
