hey! well i would say that you should either buy yurself some Hot Rollers! they work AMAZING! or get a nice little spiral or wave perm! and put moose in everyday! it will give you what your looking for!

Sounds like you`ve got the same hair do as me love!
What I do is, is put two plaits in my hair at the sides and do them up very tightly.
Sometimes, if you want to go for an even crazier look; then also twist them round and do them up tightly as well. Leave them in over nite (it sometimes helps to put wax/moose through the hair before tying it all up!) and maybe a spritz of hairspray.
Take it out in the morning and you can have great results!
And even if it doesn`t work out; you can always tie your hair up!

Hiya. I have heard good things from other reliable posters on this site about John Frieda Relax Ripple Effect. Honestly I can`t give you any personal advice since my hair is wavy on its own (I dry it straight and actually I envy you with your straight hair! :-) Good luck and I hope you find a product that works for you.

I have the same problem.
I tried Beach Blonde Ocean Waves by John Frieda.
It smells great and makes my hair wavy.
