get a****in hair cut dont worry about the colour. Number 3 all over and 2 up the sides and you will look a hell of a lot better

I totally agree with everyone else. A little trim would be perfect and a little gel. How old are you? You want your age to be easily told by the way your hair looks. My old hair cut made me look young when I'm at the age when I want the opposite effect. But a cut made me look my age and thats all you need.

I agree w/ the person b4 me, just trim the sides a bit and give the top more volume, it looks great already, not a lot of guys can pull that look.

Just trim it up a bit at the sides and back, leave the top longer (but if it's pretty flat up there, you might want to add a little texture), put some gel or whatever in it, and make the top look deliberately a bit untidy.
