Yes! My sister was Pippi Longstocking in a play and I'll tell you the magic secret, ::whisper:: Wire hangers. Just braid your hair and then weave a wire hanger (or part of one) through the braid. Voila! Pippi Longstocking.

for school fancy-dress party which is based on characters from books i,m going as pipi longstocking . as you might know she has her plaits really sticking out and a bit curled round. does anyone have suggestions on how to do this please???????? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
