Are you talking about Evian, Aquafina and all those typical store shelf mineral waters? I can't see how they'd be bad in either case, and if you have hard water in your tap, they'd probably even be better than that as a final rinse.

I know that mineral water is bad when applied to your hair but is drinking it also bad for your hair?
