Adding layers improves almost any length hair.. IMO. Adds movement and life, lets you change your hair with out losing much or any lenght. Layers are very hot right now. Bangs too but that may be more change than you want.

I have long, red hair and have gotten bored with it. I am thinking about having it layered. Wat would be the pros and cons of this??
