I just got this off an advert - 100% garnier colour belle colour, as another lady said. If your daughter's hair is a light blonde colour it should look really trendy with blue streaks, but perhaps not with a yellowy colour.

Well the one i got was this brand but it wasn't the Fantasy line it was the main one, Color Direct, so i believe it required 30 or 40 vol. developer to ensure proper lift on dark hair! But i think the one were talking abt (Meches fantasy) has bleach already in it or something, since they mentioned that it doesn't need developer...good question though.

Did it actually turn out so bright and pretty on the model's dark hair without pre-bleaching, or was there bleaching involved that they just didn't mention?

Thank you for your help. I think the blue-black would be too harsh in her blonde hair.
I did check out Dikson. I will call a salon to see what they can do.

Thanks!

In a drugstore, it''s hard to find punky colors that come in permanent.

There is a blue black color that is made by Garnier 100% Color, Clairol Nice n'' Easy, or Revlon Colorsilk (I''ve only seen Colorsilk Blue-Black in Target or Wal-Mart). The blue is cool at first, then eventually fades into black.

Check out the Garnier one:
www.garnier100color.com

I''ve haven''t seen a permanent blue dye yet.

My daughter has blue streaksin her hair. We used semi- permanent dye. She would like this color to be more permanent. Is there a permanant dye that comes in colors like blue?
