Thick hair does really well at long lengths. I think you should grow your hair out--long hair goes with anything, I promise. I'm a grunge-goth and I'm slowly inching my way to 40 inches, which is a little past my butt. I've got about a year or so to go. But my promise is only good if you take gentle care of your hair, e.g. no heat styling, no hot water, minimizing friction, no artificial hair products, etc..
Lemme know you have any long hair questions.

hey there everone! im new to this so please dnt bite! i need some advice on wht to do with my hair! At the mo its really boring! it just 3 clipper on the back and side and sissors onto. i dnt gel it or anything. Im into my punk alot and have the clothing image to go with it the @#$%es trousers/shorts (depends wht the weather is like in the hell whole i call england!) a skate make tee e.g atticus, famous stars and straps, vans etc and skate shoes (overall think blink 182 front man tom delonge/ new found glory members) bt i dnt feel (and otha people aswell) my hair goes with the image. Any ideas wht i cld do?
My hair is really quite thick and curls a fair bit. It always seems to grow up, out and fluffy instead of down!
