If it's what I'm thinking of, you'd probably have to tease your hair a bit at the top, and cover the teased lump with smooth hair. Teasing causes damage, though, so you probably shouldn't do the style often.

It's just a regular ponytail, but it has like a bump right at the top at the front. How do you do that?!
