I have exactly the same hair type and same length.

I won't lie, I love this this shlt and since I always wear a hat to work, I'd like to look like that too.

It's not a hair gel, right? Nor is it a leave-in conditioner coz I know that makes your hair curl.

Is it some kinda thing that freezing spray?
