>Hi Clare,Sorry my message was confusing!The Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E are two separate ingredients. Cocoa Butter comes in a jar at the health food store. I usually just puncture a Vitamin E capsule, but you can also find the oil in a dropper. The St. John's Wort comes in a vitamin capsule... I just open it and use the powder. It's also good for your hair to take it as a supplement!As far as quantities, I have used different amounts for different batches. I know that's not very scientific! For instance, I'll boil together a whole jar of cocoa butter, coconut oil and aloe gel, then add a few drops of jojoba oil, Vitamin E, green tea and essential oil. Go VERY SPARINGLY on the Tea Tree Oil. It smells rather strong, but that's the antiseptic quality that will keep everything fresh.Anyway, this is just my own concoction that works well for me. As Karen says, "Try at your own risk!" Seriously, though, have fun with it and experiment.

Hi Jen,Thanks for posting your recipe. I have a couple of questions about it. First of all, what is cocoa butter vitamin E? And also, what quantities of each ingredient do you use? Thanks Jen. This recipe is fascinating. I have never seen anything like it before. I have heard that St. John's Wort is great for helping grow healthy hair...and I have used the actual drops in a olive oil mixture.Thanks again.
