i need help!

yesterday l went to salon to get the ends of my hair cut,cos a friend told me it won't make my hair nappy anymore.l was getting ready for work l couldn't fix my hairl got really pissed off.can someone help me out .sometimes lwish am white being an african american doesn't help all others have nice looking hair but is too full[too much body]can someone help me out a perm won't work .pleaseeeesomebody come to my rescue.
