Hi, Karen,Here's what I've found out so far...It is a permanent color and the only place I've heard of anyone finding it is at Wal-Mart! Supposedly, the shades (whatever they are) are very pretty and add a shimmer to the hair. I've read a few reviews on some message boards and the folks who have tried it gave rave reviews.
