> Paul,I have found when I use a paddle brush, for about 5 min. a night before I go to bed, it seems to help. I usually brush my hair leaning over. It seems to me that the blood is getting to my scalp and I am stimulating it. I brush until my scalp tingles. This also seems great for shine. You might try it and see if it works.Good luck, Jennifer Hagan

Paul Brushing really doesn't stimulate growth. Massaging the scalp can help. By massaging you are bringing blood to the surface which helps nourish the hair.
I have heard slightly conflicting views on this so I would be interested in what others say here. Can frequent brushing stimulate the growth or can it lead to more damage (or does it all cancel out).Does the brush type matter in this context, if so what type of brushes would be recommended for stimulating growth. Thanks,Paul
