I have been a hairpuller now for over 20 years. It has been frustrating to say the least dealing with Dr.`s and therapists that do not know how to help me or even how to pronounce my disorder!! The article written by the PhD was very helpful to me. He sounds as if he understands and has dealt with trichotillomania successfully in the past. I applaude his suggestions and especially like #1 and #3 suggestions!! Great that this article is posted here, it may be the best i have ever read on actual hands on ideas to overcome hair pulling!
