I agree! Except I have become pretty assertive about returning the ones that I feel do not work. I am not going to keep a ten or fifteen dollar (or more) product that I don't like. The bargaining chip is that there are an awful lot of salons that sell the various products around here. So, the one I usually buy from can either exchange their product for me, or lose my business to someone else. So far I have had no trouble whatsoever returning a product.>> Thank you for the info. Hi Leslie, I'm in the process of my "trial" period for the Silkier Reconstructor. So far, so good. I am still using it with my shampoo (Aveda Shampure) but am going to buy the whole line and give it a whirl. I should have a report in the next couple of weeks. Oh, on a side note. It was so dang hot here yesterday, I jumped in the shower for a cool off and decided to try a sample of Rusk "Calm" 60 second hair revive with Guarana and Ginger. Fab results. It even felt good hanging down my back in the shower, very silky. I think the conditioner has a lot of slip. Afterwards my hair looked great, very smooth. Maybe Rusk will be the next products to try on the search for the holy grail of haircare! I'll keep you posted on the KMS.> Hi Gigi. Hi Gigi. I was wondering if you have purchased the KMS Silkier Reconstructor yet and if so how it is working out for you. I would like to try it, but I wanted to hear what you think first. I know you had incredible results at the salon, but I was wondering if you have used it again. It seems that very often I get a conditioner and it works great on my hair for about a week and then after my hair starts to rebel as if it has overdosed on the product. Any info you have is appreciated.Leslie
