Amber I just have to say as a person with short hair also, and trying to grow it out. When I read what David wrote I thought what an unfortunate --- .His loss he hasn't a clue and then I went on with the rest of my day with many people men and women doing business with me . You see I am a beautiful short haired woman with many other people worth my time wanting to do business with me. as well you I am sure...... Dave,I don't feel as if your trying to counsel me. And really, I am not all that offended by David's words, but yes, they are strange to me. The reason I first came to this message board was to learn more about nutrition for hair growth, because I do want my hair longer. But now I'm shocked to find that there are people who actually wouldn't associate with me because of the length of my HAIR (such an insignificant thing). I'm really trying to express that this is , it's just not normal. I have short hair, I'm the same person I was when I had long hair (just as beautiful,intelligent,and fun). Amber,Please don't interpret what I'm about to say as "counseling," as doing so is certainly not my wish. I might guess that the nature of your reply was an expression of the impact of David's words.Although David's point of view may seem "harsh" or "out there," I think Diane is applying humor as a pry to entice him to express his reasoning behind his views. If we believe that David might benefit from some discussion on the topic, we may not want to try to steer him away from further participation on the Board.So David, would you be willing to explain why you wouldn't have business association with any short-haired women, as Diane has inquired?Dave
I'm sorry for being so rude. You have your own opinions and I should respect them. I just think that David is extremely prejudice and I don't see why anyone would want to share in that.
