Hair coloring recommendations!

The only product I've heard of putting on wet hair is Wella Color Touch. You may want to check with a professional colorist on that one. If you are interested in going much lighter than your natural color you usually would bleach first then apply color on your dry hair. Keep in mind that bleach will damage your hair! If your hair is darker than a dark blond to light brown you may want to rethink the pale blond. Like I said before, your safest bet is to go to a profesional colorist, I am in school and you would be amazed at how many people come in and want me to fix their orange hair!:(
