Noreen,Hi. So great to see your post. It made me smile about 1 mile wide. :-)I LOVE the idea of mixing. I hate to admit that I have never ever done this. But wow...what a cool idea. I am going to try it whether I am running low or not. :-)So glad to see you again.Hugs,Karen> Hi Everyone!> Well I've been kind of busy lately and haven't had> time to get to the salon to buy my usual Shampure and> Color Conditioners. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
When I saw you mentioned Artec's Smoothing shampoo and Aveda's Curessence together and liked it.. I had to second that one. The day I used that combo, I couldn't keep my hands off my hair. Welcome back.. Cher~> Well I've been kind of busy lately and haven't had> time to get to the salon to buy my usual Shampure and> Color Conditioners. Hi Everyone!Well I've been kind of busy lately and haven't had time to get to the salon to buy my usual Shampure and Color Conditioners. Last night when I went to shampoo my hair I was out of Shampure. Since I like the way the ARTec Smoothing Shampoo and Curessence work together I decided to use those products, but when I checked my Curessence, I didn't have enough to do my hair. So I took a chance and mixed the Curessence with the ARTec Smoothing Conditioner. The mix was about 50/50. Well it worked great! The comb out was easy, and today my hair is virtually tangle free and I wore a sweater. Sweaters usually mean at least a 20 minute finger detangling session at the end of the day, but it only took about 5 minutes tonight. And my hair seemed to retain the wavy/fluffy results I get from the Aveda products with the silkyness I get from the ARTec. I always mix my color conditioners together and sometimes other Aveda conditioners with the color conditioners when I get near the end of the tubes, but I have never mixed these two together before. I really like the results. So if you ever get near the bottom of the bottles and don't have enough to do your hair try mixing.Take Care,Noreen
