Hi,I just wanted to know, does the condition of your scalphelp/doesn't help your hair to grow? My scalp is really dryso I've been soaking it with herbal oils but there's no improvement.Any suggestions?I really want long hair. My hair seems to be at the same length since 2 years ago.Thank-you.
