Carefully comb through the length and hold out from the head, securing every 6-8 inches with a long clip, continue until you reach the ends. Start winding and forming the "twist" up the length removing the clips as you go. This will help you keep the 'flat combed' shape of the hair length, as you wind it up to the head. This will take a little practice. Do this with your hair almost dry and use a little Redken "GLASS" for a more polished look. You will find this easier if you sweep your hair over your right shoulder, forward, to comb flat and secure with the clips when it is this long and thick, after initially securing it with pins against your head. william

I've been trying to do a french twist on my hair without much success. My hair is thick and long (past my butt). It seems like there is to much hair to tuck in. Is it possible to do a french twist on hair as long as mine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
