Hi,Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your hair. I know how scary it can be to have fragile hair.I would strongly recommend that you switch to a really good moisturizing shampoo to soften and detangle your hair. I have found ARTec Smoothing and Aveda Shampure to be very good. I know they are more expensive then Citreshine, but they do wonders for fragile or damaged hair.A tip for using good conditioners and not getting a thin or flat look is to use the conditioner only on the damaged parts. Also, a final rinse that is cool/cold will "plump" up the hair and give it a fuller look.Another way to avoid a "flat look" is to use a good deep conditioner rather than a rinse out conditioner. I strongly recommend the ARTec Moisture pac. It is designed to help damaged hair.Best wishes,Karen> My hair is so damaged from coloring, especially in the> back, that it's starting to break off and look thin. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)

My hair is so damaged from coloring, especially in the back, that it's starting to break off and look thin. I started using a texturizing creme from Citreshine but it's starting to build up and tangle my hair making it break more. My hair is also wavy, fine and thick so I can't use very heavy products or it will look flat. What's a really good conditioner or product to make hair stronger and thicker looking?
