Hello.Well, I'm not sure what to recommend for wavy hair since mine is very straight. I would suggest however, that you stop using baby oil. It is a mineral oil and is not absorbed as easily by the hair and skin as a vegetable oil would be. I would especially recommend a jojoba oil. My personal favorite is Aveda's Beautifying oil which you can buy at salons that sell Aveda products. Also, is there a particular reason your hair isn't shiny? I know that it varies greatly from person to person, but are you doing anything that could cause it to be worse than it would otherwise be? For example, do you use heat styling appliances like blow driers or curling irons very often? Or do you go swimming in a pool very often? These, as well as many other things, can cause some damage to the hairshaft which can cause the hair to shine less. If you do these things be sure to take the best precautions that you can so that your hair won't get damaged.Another thought: What type of shampoo and conditoner are you using? Some types can cause a build up on the hair which will also prevent it from shining much. I personally avoid products that contain silicone because I don't like what they do to my hair; they build up and make it look dull and feel slightly sticky. However, I have heard several people with culy hair say that they really love silicone products. So, it's a matter of trying different things until you find out what works best on your hair.Good luck with your hair,Teresa
