Hi there!I am a big fan of the Texture Creme. I have naturally curly hair (loose) and I like to use it whaen I am airdrying. I also highlight, so my hair tends to be dry, but this stuff is a styling aid PLUS moisrturizer in one. It leaves my hair so soft, but with light control. AND the big bonus, is that the smell is HEAVENLY! By far the BEST scent of the entire Texture Line!Sherry> Has anyone ever used ARTec's texture cream? > How can you tell that a product has fixatives in it?> What ingredients are fixatives? thanks, ShannonI know PVP is a fixative. I don't know exactly what other ingrediants are, I just know most other products I've tried leave my hair feeling sticky.

Yes!!! Try the texture cream! It does just what it says. I suppose if you put nothing on your fine hair it is problaby just fly away but any fixative gel, mousse, or volumizing spray probably makes the hair too stringy or crispy and then after the fixative is broken by brushing, the hair goes back to fly away. The texture cream dresses the hair so nicely iliminating any frizziness and adding some substance to the hair without making it flat or dirty looking. For hair that is so fine that it can't handle conditioner, texture cream gives it just that little touch of conditioning that it is missing without being heavy, like most finishing rinse type conditioners.

Has anyone ever used ARTec's texture cream? I'm looking for a leave-in product to make my thin , dry, damaged hair look fuller but everything else I've tried has fixatives in it and leave my hair feeling sticky or too flat.
