I'm glad to provide any info I can. . .I've received so much help from this list that I want to give back! :)I'm trying to grow my hair down to my waist -- it hasn't been that long since I was twelve or thirteen, but I want it BACK! LOL. Hopefully it'll come about even faster than I'm estimating. . .I want it to do so before my wedding in two years or so.My hair seems to definitely be both thicker and fuller, and it's usually very fine. For the first time in a long time, however, it actually has body to it. So much for the perms that never worked. . .I wish I had found Viviscal years ago!If you choose to get Viviscal, please keep us updated on your progress! Good luck!

Hi, H.Taylor. I've been reading all this stuff about viviscal, and I have one question. Can I stop taking it once my hair has reached its desired length? Have other peopole used viviscal only to get their hair a specific length and then stop using it? And finally, does Natural Solutions have an email address where I could ask the same question? Thank you very much, PD.
