That made it worse speaking from experience. Plus a perm makes your hair shorter with the curls. Please don't do anything to your hair but wash it and take care of it, and for Pete's sake do not blow dry, it will add to more damage.Do not get your hair bleached with a perm, it will make your hair feel like sandpaper. Putting more color on your hair to hide a bad color will make your hair more damaged. My only solution to your hair is to let it all grow out perm, color and all. This is the only way to get your hair back to its original state. Please just let your hair grow out and condition, condition, condition!!! Let me know how it works out.

Your hair must be in bad shape! Please do not Bleach or highlight that hair. You could take a chance of losing it. I Know it must be hard for you but you realy should try and wait it out for as long as possible before using another chemical. Try and condition it as much as possible. If you dont already it might be a good time to by some salon conditioner. Spend a little more but it might be worth it. Or just go into the salon and have a treatmentThere not that expensive.Good luck to you,Diane

I am 7 Months pregnant and have spent the past two years of my life trying to grow my hair out. At 3 months I decided I wanted to try a perm on my Naturally wavy hair. After about two weeks my hair started breaking. I use Goldwells Kerasilk which leaves my hair very soft. Then about two weeks ago I used Loreal's home color Feria and it turned my hair black so I went to a salon for a color correction and was told the only thing they could do is an all over head highlight. This has left me with white, yellow, orange, and red steaks in my black hair and has caused what looks like irreversable damage. Does anyone have any suggestions to help my situation? PLEASE!!!P.S. I have been to a color specialist that said my only alternative would be to bleach my entire head and restore color, Which he did not recommend.
