To Jen;Please try this formula; 1oz 09AA Papaya, 3/4 oz 09G Vanilla Creme, 1/2 oz 06NB Brandy, 2 1/4 oz Processing solution. This is for hair that is very pale yellow orhigh-lifted white. Hope this helps, sorry it took so long to get back, I've been very busy! william
