She used Mellies Sparkles, which attach to the hair with either velcro or little hooks. Lots of other actresses and musicians use them too. The phone number to order is 1-877-463-5543. They are mentioned in the June issues of In Style and Seventeen

In some music awards or something courtney love had rhinstones attached to strands of her hair, i would like to know how to do this. -julie
