My hair is colored to a dark blondish-brown color from red. (orangish) I have put blonde streaks in my colored hair, and have highlighted it somewhat, also. Sure, it's possible, but make sure you go to a professional hairstylist to make sure that it comes out right the first time. (and to make sure it doesn't mess up your color, too!)
