I have a curly perm now, but thought about a "Rachel" type cut (or a long whispy cut) with fullness. My hair is naturally bone straight and will hold NO curl on it's own. Do I perm it then set it in hot rollers? If so, what kind of rollers? Won't the usual hot rollers give the all over loopy curls?Thanks!ShelleyRelated Link:BLOOMING AND PRUNING
