Split ends, split ends, and MORE split ends!

Hi, Renee!This sounds all too familiar to me. I cut about 4" of splits about two years ago. See the Aubrey Article here. I started using the Aubrey Organics products which helped tremendously, especially the GPB conditioner. I also think that taking 2 grams (2,000mg) in divided doses of Vitamin C daily squashed the splits. I noticed a difference within three weeks and have never had to trim more than about 1/2" from my hair again.You should not see splits so soon after your trim. Do you think that you could be particularlly harsh on your hair like brushing, curling irons, blowdrying, etc?Have a great 4th of July....Jade21Hi!
