> I have really curly hair also, almost chin length right now (but trying to grow it). I've actually stopped using either gel or mousse. I don't shampoo my hair everyday, but do rinse and condition it. After towel drying, I put in an anti-frizz cream and leave it to air dry. After about 10- 15 minutes, the curl has started to form, and I add a finishing creme. (Right now I'm using Rust Str8, and Redken Undone, but I change frequently). I usually let my hair air dry (unless I'm late for work), then just before I leave the house, I flip my head over, and fluff my hair up from the roots, without touching the ends. Sounds like a lot of work, but I used to have a lot of problems with my hair, being stiff, and never being able to grow it. I think the thing that made the biggest difference in the condition was not blowdrying anymore. I gave it up in March, and have to admit my hair is in much better condition now.Hope this helps!

It's a leave in conditioner. My semi wavy/straight hair feels so soft when I use this stuff. It even tames the hair so it's not so full. There is absolutely NO stiff feeling or crunchies! For $2.99 a bottle, it's worth it!
