Brushing has several functions including to spread the sebum in your hair, stimulate hair follicles and to cleanse them. Brushing can also improve the strength and elasticity of your hair over time.Overbrushing can damage the hair. The "100 strokes rule" applies to few and has broken the hair of many. You should acquire the appropriate brush for your type of hair and learn how many strokes, if any, are appropriate for your hair.As the "Hair Tip of the Day" states, never brush the hair when it is wet. A definite no-no!!!!Bye for now,JadeIs it true if you brush your hair alot it can help> your hair grow faster well I hope someone can> help>thank you..
