get a good cut to remove much of the damamge, then get regular trims. a good, healthy diet, and regular deep conditioner treatments will also help.

if your hair is HIGHLY damaged the most logical, best advice would to chop it off

What products should I use on my long dry/highly damaged hair? I just want to make my hair more healthier and nicer looking!Please help me or I might just shave my hair off!
