I would look at L'oreals copper/red colors in the Excellence Creme formulas for the at home colorist. They are avail at Sallys and the brochure selection/coloring guide is very informative-0study it for some guidence with this product. Please post and let me know how this turns out for you.william

HiAbout a week ago I posted a mssg. saying how i had used Nice& Easy Natural reddish Brown on my hair and it had turned it to dark. I went to my local Sally's and the woman there suggested I mix a level 40 developer with my shampoo and use that a few times to lighten up the haircolor. Well I did and it worked fine without any apparent damage. My question (s) is this- How long should I wait to color my hair again and when I do color what level of developer should I use. My hair now is a medium reddish brown but I am looking for a nice Irish Setter red and medium brown mix(if that is helpful). Should I go with a semi-permanent color? I read William's article with tips for haircoloring and it was very helpful. Also are the Clairolcolors (the permanent ones) that you buy at Salyys considerd single process. Sorry for all the questions, but I can't afford to go to a salon and get this down so I am trying to be as informed as possible. Thanks for all your helpSusannah
