if you cannot go to a salon to get this done, i highly recommend DOING A TEST STRAND before you color with any hair color product. I have found the Naturcolor (italian brand) to be very good and gentle. It's available at many health food stores, as it is primarily an organic product. While it is very gentle, it is permanent. they have an 800 number you can call, and get some good over-the-phone advice, if you need it.check out: http://160.79.239.152/catalog/compare/hr-color.htmhope this helps.:)
> I would definately not do it at home. And goto someone who specializes in haircolor. Your hair will need to be filled first with a neutral color and then the desired color on top of that. If you do it at home you are taking a great risk of getting unwanted undertones and/or very uneven color. Then you will be going to a salon and paying double waht you would normally pay, because you will need a professional to correct it. I hope this advise helps :o)
