Hi Silvie! As someone who lived through it, too, I actually think that the feathered look is a contemporary classic. It's funny, I was going to bring this up on "politics" as a subject asking if people would consider this look a modern classic.( I think I will!)It depends on the hair to me, if it looks good. I don't have feathered hair now but I used to as a teenager in the early 80's. I also like SOME of the perms from the '80's-of course I had those, too.Just my thoughts! "Smile".Holly

since crimping is back, i wouldn't be very surprised that another 70's throw-back is in (temporary) vogue--the feathered look. since i already lived through it the first time around, i can't say it's a bandwagon i'll be jumping on! :) to me, some trends are even more silly the second time around.since 80s fashions are supposedly coming back too, i just hope i dont see the feathered hair mixed with the 80s fashions!just my humble opinions, silvie
I read in a magazine last month that feathered hair is coming back into style and that some actresses have already lightly feathered their hair (mostly the bang areas and/or sides). I just wanted to know if anyone else has heard this and what do you think?
