How can I help my hair grow faster

Use a really nice shampoo and onditioner like infusium 24, dont brush it when its wet, protect it from the wind and metal in hair ties. This works because your hair grows at the same rate most of the time. what keeps it from growing longer is how fast it breaks off at the ends. Also when you wash your hair, massage your scalp. That stimulates the folical. Oh and theres a product called long hair by Lanza ( at hair salons) It has humane hair proten in it and is suppose to have good results.. Hope it helps :)
