You have to put your hair in a semi-high ponytail.2. Then take little sections of your hair, and twirl till it's a tightlt twisted3. Next take that section and pin it to the elastic band. You could let ends hang out for a messier look.4. Repeat those steps till the whole poney tail is pinned.5.Then spray everything with hairspray.
