At this point, its hard to say exactly what went wrong. Did the filler have enough red/gold pigment? Did she pull too much through? did she have snarly loops in the cap that may have caused the circles? With your situation, I hesitate to offer much else, since it's clear you need to get advise from a colorist who can assess your situation during a face to face consultation. Before doing anything else with your hair, you need to determine the condition and the exact cause of the problems. I would feel that I would be doing an injustice to you if I presumed to give you any other suggestions other than get in touch with a person who specializes in color. Call around the better salons in your area and ask if they have colorists working there that have special certification in haircoloring. I beleive that your color can be corrected, and you can get what you are looking for, but at this point you need to find someone that really knows their stuff. Your hair has been through quite a lot, and you need to get it right once and for all. Thats why, even though it will be more expensive, it is worth it to find the right colorist this time. On the plus side, your color will probably fade somewhat, so you may end up being happier with it next week.Im so sorry to hear that this has turned out badly for you. By the way, Im curious to know...did your stylist suggest to you that she use filler and cap, or did you mention it to her first. And if you mentioned it first, what was her reaction? I ask because I wonder if she was familiar and comfortable with the procedure, or if she preferred another method originally.
