first, you put vasoline in your hair...trust me!! this REALLY WORKS!! and then you take a bannana, and sqeeze it so there are no chunks, and rub the bannana in with the vasoline on your hair. this is because shampoo will stay in the braids and banana with vasoline will come right out! trust me! i got this from a hair EXPERT!!!:~)
