so......do you know if it`s effective on African-American relaxed hair? Because it sounds great.

Cant offer a review/recommendation for this new product but Sebastian came out with a product in their new Shaper Line that should be hitting the stores this month that is called Hand Press. Supposedly it gives your hair the same straight/smoothness as using a flat iron. You put the product in the palms of your hand and press your hair between it. I believe you use it when your hair is dry.
