Your best bet is to go to a salon and have your hair professionally de-colored. Removing dark brown can be a very ardurous process. I've been coloring at home for eons, but I would never try that at home.

hi
i coloured my hair dark brown yesterday. i previously had blonde streaks and a kind of light brown underneath.
anywho, i hate it and itlooks awful! how do i get the colour out?!? oh i used a permanent haircolour :-(
i need help asap!
