Hi and yes give it time it it takes time to get used to a new color, especially high lights, so wait a few weeks and the if you think there too light put a dark ash blonde color on the blonde streaks to tone it down

Initial highlights always seem a bit "bright" to me, I bet it will calm down a bit in a week or so. If you really think it isn't what you want, talk to your stylist about fixing it, you may be able to get it done for free. Good luck.

I betting if everyone says they love it... they do. give it some time and see if it grows on you... change is hard sometimes. Maybe you can post a picture... the posters here is tell you the truth... at least as we/they see it...lol
I have dark brown hair naturally. I just had my hair highlighted for the first time. I think it came out kinda streaky and the color is too bright. I was really hoping for something more subtle. Everyone I have seen so far loves it, but I am so worried. Will the color fade over the next few days? Am I overreacting because this is my first time? Please help! Thank you!
